Please kindly note that as all our products are custom made ( printed, hand cut and sewn), most orders take around 7 -10 working days to be completed before shipping out.

*Due to Covid 19 situation, we seek your kind understanding that there may be delays and the shipping time may be longer than what is estimated here. Once we ship out your order it is pretty much in the hands of our shipping partners and we have no control over the shipping time.

No they don't include customs/duties/taxes. These are separate from our shipping costs and are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel.

If you need an express shipment, you can drop us an email at hello@doodlenstitch.co before placing your order and we will get a priority/express shipping quote and send to you for your consideration. Should it be ok, you can place your order as per normal and we would invoice you the shipping balance separately. Please kindly note such quotes will normally be considerably higher than our usual shipping charges.

Depending on the courier's procedures, your order could be left at your delivery address, or perhaps a notification card/message will be left with details on how to retrieve your parcel. 
Unfortunately we cannot ship items in one order to multiple addresses.
Should you need items to to be sent to different addresses, you'll need to place the order for the items separately.
